Clomiphene, Tamoxifen and Letrozole can be used to correct subfertility in men by correcting the hormonal imbalance in the body, leading to increase in sperm count and activity.

There are some potentially rare but serious side effects that may be experienced. These include:
Stop the medication and inform your doctor immediately if any of the above occur, or if you experience any other side effects or allergic reactions (e.g. rash, swelling of the eyes and lips, difficulty breathing).
Take the medication only as directed by your physician. It is recommended to take with or after food to minimize stomach discomfort.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take only the scheduled one. Do not take two doses at the same time.
Inform the doctor/pharmacist if you are on any other medications or are planning to start taking any other medications, herbal products or supplements.
