Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Step 2: Order Your Medications
1. As your medications will take
two weeks to reach you, ensure that you have two weeks’ worth of medications on hand.

Step 4: Receive Your Medications
Three Days Before Your Delivery
- You may receive a call from the TTSH pharmacy on your order, if needed.
- For orders placed through FormSG or HealthHub, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
- For orders made through the TTSH pharmacy staff or other methods, no confirmation email will be sent. The TTSH pharmacy will not be calling you to confirm your order, unless more information is needed. Rest assured that the pharmacy is getting your order ready.
- A free video consultation with a TTSH pharmacist may be arranged, if you need help with your medication.
On the Day of Delivery
- You will receive an SMS with a pin code.
- Ensure that you or someone is at the chosen timeslot and delivery address to receive the medications.
- Quote the pin code to the deliveryman to receive your medications. If you did not receive a pin code, the deliveryman will verify your identity through other means such as asking for the patient’s name.
- The medications CANNOT be left unattended on the shoe rack/riser/benches etc outside your home.
If no one is home to receive the medications, they will be sent back to the TTSH pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact you for self-collection or re-delivery. For each re-delivery, there will be a charge of additional $9.
Step 5: Pay Your Bills
- You will receive a bill by mail for any outstanding amount to be paid.
- Make payment via any of the methods listed on the bill e.g. AXS/PayNow/SAM Kiosk/Mobile Payment/Internet Payment) within one week of receiving the bill.

2. I need my medications urgently. Can I collect them from the TTSH Pharmacy?
Yes, you may collect your medications from the TTSH pharmacy or opt for express
PillDeliver service for an additional $9.
3. How do I know if I have enough medication to last me through the delivery or till my next appointment?

4. Only a portion of my prescription was delivered/collected previously, how do I check my medication balance?
Please refer to the Memo for Balance Medication that was issued to you during the last medication collection / delivery. The Memo will indicate your outstanding balance.
5. If I am not home to receive my medications, can someone receive it on behalf of me? Do I need to authorise him/her for the collection?
Yes, someone else can receive the medications on your behalf. He/she would need to quote the pin code that you will receive via SMS. No pre-authorisation is needed.
6. I have questions on my medication. Who can I contact?
If you need help with your medications, call the TTSH pharmacy general enquiries hotline at
