COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19 Update: Patients with Health Risk Warning (HRW) and Health Risk Alert (HRA)

As you will have read in the news, we are easing Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) measures due to the falling number of COVID-19 cases in the community. To keep the situation under control, take note of the following if you have an upcoming appointment at NNI@TTSH Campus.

1. If you receive a Health Risk Warning (HRW) or Health Risk Alert (HRA) within 14 days of your next appointment, contact us as soon as possible.

Our staff will check with your attending doctor if your appointment can be rescheduled or changed to a video or phone consultation. If the appointment is urgent and must be done at the clinic, do note that you will need to have an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) before your consultation. Our call centre staff will be able to advise you on this should it be necessary.

Accompanying caregivers with a HRW or HRA will be denied entry to TTSH and NNI@TTSH Campus neuroscience clinics unless they are caring for someone with special needs. These caregivers will need to undergo a supervised ART at TTSH/NNI before the consultation can proceed.
