To reduce potential transmission of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases such as the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) do not visit the clinic and contact us if you are:
- Having a fever of more than 38°C or
- Displaying Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) symptoms such as cough.
Our staff will check with your attending doctor if your appointment can be rescheduled or changed to a video or phone consultation.
If you prefer a video or phone consultation for all upcoming appointments, speak to your attending doctor / nurse or contact us.

NNI Neuroscience Clinic (NSOC)
Masks are optional at the NNI Neuroscience Clinic (NSOC). However, you and your caregiver are strongly encouraged to wear a mask if you are elderly or have a weak immune system.
Do not visit the clinic if you are feeling unwell and have Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) symptoms such as cough, running nose, sore throat.
NNI Neuroradiology Department (NRD) & NNI Neurodiagnostic Laboratory (NDL)
Masks are still required at the NNI Neuroradiology Department (NRD) and NNI Neurodiagnostic Laboratory (NDL), as you will be in common areas used by patients who are currently warded or have arrived via the Emergency Department.
Do not visit the clinic if you are feeling unwell and have Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) symptoms such as cough, running nose, sore throat.
