The mission of the National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) Research is to improve treatment and discover cures for neurological diseases. Participation in clinical trials is a cornerstone of NNI’s research foci.
Our clinicians have a long and illustrious history in clinical research. They have active local, regional and international collaborations. NNI has established databases for many neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson disease and other movement disorders, dementia and neuromuscular diseases. These databases complement ongoing cross-sectional and prospective cohort studies on the prevalence, potential environmental and risk factors, and quality of life of these neurological conditions.
Industry-Supported Clinical Trials
We are involved in many industry-supported clinical trials and has participated in various phase II to IV pharmaceutical drug trials.
