Transforming Care

Together with Tan Tock Seng HospitalRen Ci Hospital and Ang Mo Kio - Thye Hua Kwan Hospital, NNI@TTSH Campus will be on a new electronic medical record system from 30 July 2022.

The Next-Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system is an initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to coordinate patient care, by having one centralised platform to store patient data.

This means that care teams from hospitals and healthcare institutions from the National Healthcare Group (NHG) and the National University Health System (NUHS), can access your medical information more quickly, without having to request for records. This saves time and costs, and reduces the need for repeat tests.

We are excited to be part of Singapore's journey towards better care as ONE.

This means

  • Smoother management of your care as your test results, medication prescriptions, medical history and treatment plans from across NHG and NUHS institutions will be compiled
