A video consultation is an online appointment with your healthcare provider using a secure video conferencing platform.
Your doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional can speak with you while you are at home. Video consultations are conducted on Zoom using your internet-enabled mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Personal Data collected, used, or disclosed will be kept confidential. There will be no screenshots, photographs, audio, or video recordings (“Recordings”) done by both the Institution and patient during the video consultation by any means without prior agreement.

The consultation fee is the same as your usual clinic visit.

We seek your understanding as there may be a delay in the previous consultation. Please wait for your doctor in the Zoom Waiting Room. Should there be a disruption to your video consultation, our staff will assist with rescheduling the appointment if needed.
If you are given a prescription, you may obtain your medications from a pharmacy in your area.
If you are collecting the medications at your next visit to NNI Neuroscience Clinic (NSOC) (NNI@TTSH), please refer to TTSH Pharmacy website for information on medication collection. You may collect medications from TTSH Pharmacy at Basement 2, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore.
We are unable to deliver medications to your overseas residence due to risk, governance and compliance with your country’s regulations.
