1. How can I make, change or cancel an appointment?
Consultation at NNI is by-appointment only.

Do submit appointment requests via the NHG Health / HealthHub app or online form, as call volumes are high. We appreciate your patience as you may be placed on hold during peak times.
Our call centre staff will need your NRIC or other types of identification to help. If your contact information or mailing address has changed, let us know so we can update your record.

2. What time should I be here for my appointment?
Arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment time if you are seeing the doctor.
Arrive at least two hours before your appointment time if you have tests scheduled e.g. blood tests, scans
If you are late for your appointment, you will be seen at the next available slot and this could be at the end of the clinic session. If you are unable to wait or the doctor is unable to extend his/her clinic due to other appointments, our staff will arrange another appointment for you.
3. How long will my visit take?
Your visit may take one to three hours, depending on the number of patients in the clinic, your condition, if tests are needed and any medical emergencies.

1. What is the registration process?
There are two ways to register for your appointment:
You are strongly encouraged to register via the NHG Health app to receive real-time updates about your Queue Number and Appointment Status.

2. What if I missed my turn at the clinic?
If you miss your turn / Queue Number, you will need to register again.
Your NHG Health app will be updated with the following status: ‘You have missed your queue. Please rejoin through the self-service booth or approach our staff for assistance.'
Your Queue Number will also appear on the TV screens in the clinic under the column, ‘Missed Queue’.
To rejoin the queue, register again via the NHG Health / HealthHub app or at the Self-Service Station near the entrance before heading to the wait area. Approach our clinic staff for assistance if you need help.
3. I have a same-day test or scan, what should I do?
Go to the Neuroradiology Department (NRD), Level B1 or Neurodiagnostic Laboratory (NDL), Level 2, NNI Block (Orange), if same-day tests / scans have been scheduled before or after your appointment at the Neuroscience Clinic (NSOC).
Register via the NHA Health / HealthHub app or at the Self-Service Station upon arrival.
For those heading to the Neuroscience Clinic (NSOC) after your test / scan, you will need to register again.
4. Which doctor will I see?
Subsidised patients will receive team-based care led by an assigned specialist. Private patients will receive team-based care led by their choice of specialist.
All patients will receive the same quality of care regardless of their subsidy status.
Eligible patients are strongly encouraged to use Drop and Go to reduce time spent waiting at the clinic and the TTSH Pharmacy.
With Drop and Go, payment for the visit can be made online and medication, if any, will be delivered to your address for a fee. Find out more about Drop and Go here.

Check the receipt and inform our staff of any inaccuracies immediately.

Medications can be delivered to you via the Medicine Delivery service or collected at the TTSH Pharmacy, Level B2.
For collection at the TTSH Pharmacy, register at the TTSH Pharmacy via the NHG Health / HealthHub app under “Pharmacy Queue”, or register via the Self-Station Station in the TTSH Pharmacy.
