Giving Back to Fellow Patients
Elaine was diagnosed with two benign brain tumours and had two major surgeries to remove them. Having received care at NNI, she felt the need to give back and support other patients on their recovery journey.Elaine raised $3,500 for NNI Fund to support patient care, research and education.
Walking the Camino in Memory of a Dear Friend
Stephen Davies, Founder of Javelin Wealth Management, walked 954km along Camino de Santiago in Spain, in memory of his friend, John, who planned to do the journey together but was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in 2020, and passed away in 2021.
Stephen raised $14,810 for the NNI Fund to accelerate research discoveries for MND.
