Profile

A/Prof Au graduated from the National University of Singapore, and received his neurology training at the National Neuroscience Institute.  After completing his Advanced Specialist Training, he underwent two years of Movement Disorders Fellowship at the Pacific Parkinson’s Research Centre in Vancouver, Canada. He was also trained in Electrophysiology in Movement Disorders at the Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto, Canada.

A/Prof Au specialises in the clinical care of patients with Parkinson disease and Movement disorders. He is trained in administering botulinum toxin injections to a wide range of movement disorders such as hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, dystonia and spasticity. His research interests are in functional neuroimaging and electrophysiology in Parkinson disease.
