Awards A smaller device for a larger cause Treating excess fluid in the brain involves constant, attentive monitoring to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. Clinical Assistant Professor Ling Ji Min, Head of Department and Senior Consultant, Neurosurgery, NNI@TTSH has received a national research award to develop a new medical device that will reduce the labour and time spent on treating this life-threatening condition.

Awards Professor Lim Shih Hui: Visionary healer and pioneer in Integrative Medicine Professor Lim Shih Hui has received the National Medical Excellence Award (NMEA) National Outstanding Clinician Award 2025 for his clinical excellence in neurology and outstanding leadership in advancing professional standards in Western and Chinese Medicine. This is the second NMEA for Prof Lim, Senior Consultant Neurologist, NNI, recognising the impact he has made on Singapore healthcare.
