Fill in our online form to manage NNI appointments for the following locations:

For urgent and emergency cases, call 995 or go to the Emergency Department (ED)

Patients who are on active follow-up at NNI@Tan Tock Seng Hospital may be able to see their healthcare provider online. By opting for video consult, patients can:

  • Save on waiting and travelling time
  • Save on transportation costs
    Invite family members to join the video consult remotely

To sign-up for a video / phone consultation:

  • Speak to your attending doctor or nurse during your next visit
