Overview

The 10th Singapore International Parkinson Disease and Movement Disorders Symposium will be held from 28 to 30 September 2023 at Academia, SGH Campus.
At this Symposium, we will focus on the causes, diagnosis/management of Parkinson disease and movement disorders. The Symposium will be divided into two segments, namely, a Satellite Symposium on Translational Research in Parkinson Disease and Related Movement Disorders and a workshop on Physiotherapy, as well as a Main Symposium with several plenaries, parallel sessions/workshops and video presentations. This year’s Symposium also incorporates the meeting of the Asian Genetics Consortium led by Prof Tan Eng King.

This Symposium will allow participants to learn about the latest research and perspectives, hear from renowned speakers, and be exposed to the most up-to-date information in the field of Parkinson disease and movement disorders.

Abstract

All participants are invited to submit abstracts for presentation on patients with movement disorder, who have interesting diagnostic or management issues. All abstracts must be submitted electronically.

Categories
Participants may select poster or video presentation. Complete the online form for abstract submission. The organising committee will review the abstract submission and inform participant if the abstract is acceptable within 10 working days.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentation will be in e-poster format. Presenters will need to standby at e-poster panel on either 29 or 30 September 2023, from 1pm to 2pm, for poster presentation.

Video Presentation
Video presentation will be in PowerPoint format. The video presentation will be held on Saturday, 30 September 2023, Saturday, 4.00pm - 5.30pm. Presenters will have to attend a compulsory briefing on 29 September 2023, Friday, at 12.30pm.
