1. What is Drop and Go?
Drop and Go allows patients to skip having to pay the bill and collecting medications at the clinic, saving them time. Payment for the visit can be made online and medications, if any, will be delivered to your address at a fee. Find out more about medication delivery here.

Check your medication supplies regularly and ensure that your mailing address and contact number are up to date. To update your details, inform our clinic staff on your visit or email your updates to [email protected].
2. Am I eligible for Drop and Go?
Both subsidised and private residents (Singaporeans and Permanent Residents) can sign up for Drop and Go. Refer to the table below for details.
Non-residents and short-term visitors are not eligible for Drop and Go.

3. When will I receive my invoice?
A hardcopy invoice will be sent to your registered address in a week’s time from your visit. A softcopy invoice can also be found on the HealthHub app.
If you notice any discrepancies, please refer to the bill enquiries information on invoice.
Ensure that your mailing address and contact number are up to date. To change your details, inform our clinic staff on your visit or email your updates to [email protected].
4. How do I know if my bill payment is successful and my next appointment is fixed?
You are strongly encouraged to keep a copy of your transaction receipt as proof of payment.
An SMS will be sent to you in five days’ time after your clinic visit, with details of your next appointment.
If you do not receive a confirmation SMS after five days, please email [email protected].
5. Can I make payment or collect my medications at the clinic instead?
You will be asked to go to the payment counter after your consultation / tests and make your next appointment (if required).
You can make payment at the clinic using cash, credit / debit cards (AMEX, Diners, Mastercard, VISA), NETS, PayNow, and MediSave*.
Medications, if any, can be collected at the pharmacy with a prescription.
