All new referrals will be triaged according to medical urgency and sub-specialty. You will receive the appointment date and time by the next working day. You will also receive a SMS or email (optional) three days prior to your appointment date. In our efforts to reduce your waiting time at the clinic, we seek your co-operation in the following: For CONSULTATION only: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. For CONSULTATION WITH LAB INVESTIGATIONS/X-RAY/PROCEDURES: Please arrive 2 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, you will only be seen at the next available slot of the appointment list for the day. If you are unable to wait, our staff is at hand to arrange another appointment for you.

This card will help to speed up the registration process. Should there be changes to your mailing address and contact information, please inform us so that we can update our records.

Registration Process Upon arrival at the clinic, please proceed to the Reception Counter with the items as indicated above. A consultation room queue ticket will be issued to you. After registration, please take a seat near the consultation room in which you will be attended to. Your number will be flashed on the Queue Number Display. Please note the queue number does not run in consecutive order.

The private and non-resident schedule includes the additional doctor's professional fee. If you have not been to the Clinic for the last one year, your next visit will be considered a First Visit and charged as First Consultation. Referral from your polyclinic doctor will be charged at a subsidised rate. If you obtain a referral from a private GP, you will be charged at a private fee. NOTE GST is absorbed by the Institute. Fees are subject to change without notice.  If you have been discharged or have not been to the clinic for the past 12 months, your next visit will be charged as a First Consultation, with or without reference letter. A new referral letter from polyclinic is required, otherwise you will be charged as non-subsidised rates. Please make your payment at the Reception Counter after your consultation. We accept cash, NETS, local cheques or credit cards (AMEX / Diners / Mastercard / VISA). Please check the receipt and report any inaccuracy to the staff concerned immediately. Please note that outpatient charges are not payable through Medisave except for four chronic diseases: diabetes, high blood pressure, lipid disorders, and stroke as certified by doctors. Payment in such instances is subject to withdrawal limits governed by Medisave regulations.
