NNI HEF is an approved member of the Health Endowment Fund of the Ministry of Health (MOH), and it shall operation in accordance with the rules and requirements under the Decentralised Special Account Scheme (general member category).
NNI will ensure proper and careful utilisation of its HEF, and all applications for the use of such funds must have proper authorisation and approval.
